By purchasing ticket(s) you are agreeing to the following terms and policies.
Tickets are sold subject to Tees Event's USA LLC right to make any alterations to the advertised arrangements, which are a result of circumstances beyond their control.
E-tickets are exchanged for a wrist band on the day of the event see our box office opening times here.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date
Tickets may not be used for any advertising, competitions, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or used, sold or given away in conjunction with other products or services (such as part of a travel or hospitality package) without the express written permission of Tees Events in advance. Failure to comply with the foregoing may result in the cancellation of the ticket without any refund or compensation and/or the ticket holder being refused entry or removed from the Festival.
Please check your E ticket/s carefully upon receipt as mistakes cannot be rectified.
Children must be accompanied by (and seated adjacent to) a parent or guardian.
Admission is at the final discretion of the event organiser's, Tees Events USA LLC. Persons may be required to leave an event at any time if their behaviour is unacceptable or other circumstances prevail.
The use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited unless specifically allowed for in a particular event. Any unauthorised taping or filming may be confiscated. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron's own food and drink are also prohibited.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made but admission cannot be guaranteed.
If an event is cancelled rescheduled or changed, Tees Events USA LLC will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation/change.
If an event is cancelled, the cost of the ticket/s, and any booking fee, will be refunded to ticket holders in full.
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to transfer their ticket/s to the new date. If the ticket holder does not wish to take advantage of this arrangement, the ticket price and any booking fee will be refunded to the ticket holder in full.
Any refunds which are given will be paid using the same method of payment by which the sale was originally made.
Tees Events USA LLC will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets, however, you may still gain entry to the festival (please see the FAQ page for more information).
All ticket prices are without tax, taxes and fees will be added to the ticket order and is calculated at 13%.
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.
